All of our computers are lightly used and in good condition overall. Every Apple device undergoes a rigorous 30+ point inspection to ensure operational functionality and is hand tested by our team to confirm it meets our internal RENEWED standards.

We receive stock of devices every business day (M-F) so our stock changes very quickly. If we don't have something in stock right now, we may receive it soon! Keep an eye on the store for stock updates.

We do purchase devices from customers on our main website SellYourMac.com. There you can run a free quote to see how much we can offer for your device. Once you receive the funds for that sale, you can purchase a device here if you wish. We do not currently offer credit for any purchases.

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to upgrade or downgrade any devices prior to shipping. If there is a specific spec'd item you're looking for, please let us know and we can try to find something for you.

Unfortunately we're not able to provide any additional photos of the device. However, all devices sold on RenewedMacs.com are in good overall condition. There will be some scratches, scuffs and general wear, but overall look great!

Payments

At checkout we have the option for Credit Card, PayPal, and Affirm Payments. Affirm allows you to make monthly payments on your device. All payments would be handled by Affirm. Please refer to Affirm.com for more information.

If you are tax exempt, please email us your tax exempt form for this tax year to help@renewedmacs.com. Once we have that on file, we can create an invoice for a tax exempt order.

Items require Immediate Payment. You must purchase and complete payment before you are officially the buyer of the item. Please make sure that your shipping information is set to your final shipping destination before submitting payment.

Shipping/Returns

We process shipments within 1 business day, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will ship out on Monday.

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping for all of our orders! However, if you wish to have expedited shipping, we offer both FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight. The cost is calculated based off your location and you will be able to see that at checkout.

All items over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please use a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign, FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver. You can also call 1-800-G0-FEDEX and ask them to hold your package at a FedEx location for pickup.

We package our items carefully with custom boxes specifically made for each individual Apple device. If your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging, and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.

We do not offer shipping internationally at this time. We only ship within the US, US military base addresses, and US territories.

We accept returns for 30 days following delivery, as long as the item did not arrive in the condition stated in the listing. You can view our full return policy here. 

Warranty

RenewedMacs.com offers a 12-Month Warranty on all of our devices. You can read more about the terms and conditions of the warranty here.

At this time, we do not offer an extended warranty past the 1-year we have included in all products. You may wish to consider 3rd party options that allow you to have insurance or a warranty outside of RenewedMacs.com.
